Now I said would point out who maybe the one of the Dept. Heads that allegedly tried to intimidate or as my wife said allegedly threatened me and by extension her also? Or should Mr. Rapp send in the Police Chief to figure it out? He is supposed to be the Law and Order guy in Vienna?
1. But he is the guy whose Police Department took about 20 minutes to respond to my 911 call on 7 April 2015.
2. He is the guy whose Police Department response to my first FOIA on that call showed I never made a call?
3. And the list of calls provided was so small that I had to use a magnifying glass to read it. And even that list did not show me calling. An attempt appeared to be to show someone else from another address calling?
4. And who also stated that there were no Incident Reports for the calls on the list provided.
Yet when I did a third FOIA Second was to 911 at Core Road. In that one, the Prosecuting Attorney for the County required $50.00 for a copy of the call that would basically not show that I had even made the call to 911. I decided that FOIA was more show than tell.
So a third FOIA (second to the City) and this time I changed the words to reflect the "Call Summary Reports" for the day in question? I suddenly ended up with 40 pages of documents that were just piled together and to be honest somewhat difficult to figure out. BUT, this time my calling was verified; approximate delay in response time could be questioned?
There were Eleven (11) Officers on duty when I called 911. The entire complement of SGTs, the Police Chief himself and four patrol officers. Two appeared to be on other issues at approximately the time frame in question?
So maybe he is NOT the man for this issue? Hmmmmm and Hmmmm yet again says I?
My wife is scared over this and worries about my safety. She grew up in the Marcos era in the Philippines; the Estrada Presidency until he was overthrown in a coup. And finally we both endured two and one half years of the Arroyo era. And as I noted in an earlier post there were allegations for years of quasi- military death squads rampant in the Country. And as noted earlier, one of them was taken in a shoot out at a victim's home. This brought down the whole house of cards and the squads appeared to finally stop. But the average Filipino has lived in absolute Corruption for decades and is terrified of Government People in any enforcement capacity. I do not believe she should have to live with that fear here also?
