There is some talk of how angry he was about the Muslims in Burma were being treated and his concerns how he could do his prayer routine. He came to the U.S. via Pakistan which is interesting in itself as he had only been here a couple of years.
Here is some more that was provided to me on the Weigle/ Pifer/ Ingrham/Vienna case:
Legal case still pending as of April 2015 on a reduced scale in that two of the four items were thrown out while the other two were allowed to go forward to trial. All I can say is "Mr. Weigle, keep up the fight".
One can go to:
http://www.leagle.com/decision/In%20FDCO%2020150505782/WEIGLE%20v.%20PIFER#
to get the whole Court position going forward up too that point of time.
Will say it is a little dry as most legal documents are, but full of interesting info on what happened. Says Mr. Pifer is 6' + and 350 pounds as of last year. How the Hell could he do a foot chase and be that much over weight?
Checked at 8:45; 10:10 A.M.; 11:25 A.,M; 4:15 P.M; for Draft of Brownfields Application on EPA site; nothing.
Did receive this E-mail from the EPA at 12:25 P.M.:
We are looking in to how to help you. We review applications but the applicant who is posting the application is not us. We will be in touch.

EPA Brownfields and Land Revitalization
I clearly believe that the posting in the Public Meeting Notice was nothing more than an attempt to hide the very, very limited access to this Draft by the City/ Mr. Rapp. The Draft SHOULD have been on the City Website but was left off to insure limited accessibility.
Went to the Public Meeting tonight. Sadly only about 12- 13 people there and with exception of Mr. Uhl and myself, the balance were City Employees and two guys from EPA. The one is actually writing the grant for the City.
What was surprising is that this years grant is only for the 19 acres above the park. With all the money that the City wastes, Mr. Thornton could not find a few hundred to update a two year old diagram for the upper site.
And as I suspected, there were copies of the Grant there. But what was surprising was that there were two different ones. I will have to review and figure out why the difference. But can understand why no one is concerned about the contamination. EPA has "supposedly" signed off on the Park area which is so surprising as the contaminants are for sure still there.
Someone is for sure not telling some one something. Spoke with the EPA guy who is writing the grant for this year. He said he did not know the above Ms. Sutton? But when I got home, I had an email from the EPA advising the problem was with the City and how it was or was not posting the Draft to the site. And it also tied everyone of them together as CC recipients on that email to include the guy at the meeting tonight.
Mr. Rapp of course showed up late with Mr. Leach in tow from the Utility Board Meeting. For having nothing on the Agenda, it sure ran over. But Mr. Rogers was way ahead of the other two so I suspect some "quality" bonding as Mr. Leach becomes a full blown bubba?
City admitted had actually no one on tap to develop anything yet. If they are so insistent to get the site cleaned up, the City should take some of the money they waste on everything they don't need and direct it to the site? But still no mention of a single damn dime for the folks paying the bills. Just more recreation sites for the Vienna Rec guys. As I said before, if programs are failed or close to it, shut them down and direct to those that are prospering. 'nuff said'.
